Deborah Haddock, current director of the University Outreach Training and Research Center, has had many years of experience working with state agencies and community projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in education and is nearing completion of her master's degree in human relations. She has worked in various capacities with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services in conjunction with higher education institutions for the past 10 years.
