Task 2: Investigate Different Approaches for Evaluating English Language Learner Programs
Guideline: The school district should investigate approaches used by other school districts in evaluating their English language learner program. When developing their program evaluation, school districts need to address program evaluation requirements of the Office for Civil Rights under Castaneda v. Pickard and the requirements under Title III of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
