Task 2: Provide Staff

Guideline: To ensure equal educational opportunities, the principal must provide staff members and resources to implement the school's alternative language program. Staff members should be formally qualified teachers trained to provide alternative language services. If the principal cannot hire qualified teachers, he/she should provide adequate training to teachers already on staff as soon as possible.
