The Positive Learning Climates KnowledgeBase is an online resource to aid educators in nurturing school climates conducive to learning. It is organized around five elements aimed at developing a positive learning climate.

Task 3: Solicit Input from Constituent Groups and Outside Experts

Guideline: The work team should share the documented strategies with the school's principal and other groups such as teachers, support staff, parents, public safety officials and leading community members interested in the school. Soliciting input from these groups offers the opportunity to gain their input and starts building support. Relevant revisions suggested by the constituent groups may be included following this review.
