The Positive Learning Climates KnowledgeBase is an online resource to aid educators in nurturing school climates conducive to learning. It is organized around five elements aimed at developing a positive learning climate.

Task 1: Identify Responsibilities

Guideline: The strategies aimed at improving a school's learning climate should identify each involved agency and its roles and responsibilities. Such entities would include the district, school, local public safety agencies, social service agencies, and any other identified party. Responsibilities for supplying information to the local news media should also be identified.
