Task 3: Review examples of effective communication strategies and activities

Guideline: This task is designed to provide examples of successful strategies and tactics of Strategic Communications that can be adopted or adapted to meet the needs of an SEA.  It is important to match the selected strategies with the skillsets of those assigned to execute the plan or to build their capacity as needed.
