The Positive Learning Climates KnowledgeBase is an online resource to aid educators in nurturing school climates conducive to learning. It is organized around five elements aimed at developing a positive learning climate.

Task 3: Track Project Schedules

Guideline: Establishing project schedules is essential when working with others to accomplish tasks. Implementing the school's positive learning climate strategies will involve many people and dedicated time. The principal or designated person should create some type of manual or computerized system to track project activity.
