The Positive Learning Climates KnowledgeBase is an online resource to aid educators in nurturing school climates conducive to learning. It is organized around five elements aimed at developing a positive learning climate.

Task 1: Understand Change Process

Guideline: Creating a positive school climate is a complex change process involving diverse constituencies. How well change is accomplished is dependent on how it is attempted and implemented. To accomplish such change school leaders need to understand the dynamics of the change process. The resource documents offered provide guidance in this regard.
