The Program Evaluation KnowledgeBase is an online resource aiding education professionals in understanding the basics of project evaluation in order to properly assess projects and programs. It is organized around three elements to assist educators with their program evaluation.

Task 4: Identify Required Resources

Guideline: Required resources include people, time and money. Specifically, does the organization have the right people with the needed expertise to conduct the evaluation, if so do they have the time to commit to it, and does the organization have the funds available to cover the costs associated with conducting the evaluation? If the answers are yes-yes-yes then the organization probably has the means to proceed with the planned evaluation. If the one or more of the answers is no, then the organization should search for alternative resources to meet those needs.
