Native Fitness Training- is an innovative health promotion program designed to train individuals to become fitness leaders and instructors in their communities. This is an introductory-level training designed for anyone interested in fitness, those who have never had fitness training, and for those who work in tribal wellness programs. This training will prepare participants to implement and instruct aerobic exercise class in their own communities. This two and one-half-day training does not provide a certification-it does, however, include CEUS for attending.

STRESSCARE Mastery™ and Mentor Training offers practical, yet intensive training in holistic approaches to personal stress management - in addition to offering methods for guiding others in simple, yet effective STRESSCARE skills. In this training, participants will increase their individual awareness while taking charge of their personal stress levels. The training includes the learning and integration of a set of STRESSCARE practices and skills to maintain optimum personal energy in the face of stressful situations and the unpredictable demands of everyday life – at home and at work- while caring for body, mind, spirit and emotions. This training is designed to empower individuals in the prevention of overwhelm and burnout while learning to transform and manage challenging relationships, physical and mental fatigue, poor self-care choices, illness, chronic disease and work place turnover and absenteeism. Skills taught and learned are applicable for integration into patient care practices as well.
