The Positive Learning Climates KnowledgeBase is an online resource to aid educators in nurturing school climates conducive to learning. It is organized around five elements aimed at developing a positive learning climate.

Task 3: Professional Learning

Guideline: The principal can use the professional learning profile to assess the impact of the school's professional learning activities on school safety and student academic achievement. The findings may help to identify focus areas for creating a positive school climate.
