The vision of Add Us In is to connect individuals with disabilities with businesses, in order to improve their quality of life and to promote sustained economic growth.

ADD US IN PROJECTThe Add Us In project offers employment assistance to adults with disabilities, including those from under-served communities, such as Native Americans, Latinos, African Americans, Veterans, Women, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people.

Add Us In recognizes that people with disabilities bring value and talent to the workplace. The Add Us In Career Service Coordinators are here to help you get started on the employment pathway. They will help find the best job for you. They start by finding out what talents and interests you have. They also provide employment follow-up services, as well as identifying community resources.

What can Employers do to assist the Add Us In Project?

The Central Oklahoma Add Us In initiative encourages employers and others to recognize the value and talent that people with disabilities, including those from minority communities, bring to the workplace, as well as the dividend to be realized by fully including people with disabilities—because at work, it’s what people CAN DO that matters.
