Our education, planning, and management services can be customized to support public and private sector individuals, organizations, institutions, agencies, associations, and communities. EDUTAS relies on decades of experience and data to inform results-oriented, strategic, and innovative problem-solving engagements with our partners.
Our High-Impact Technical Assistance (HI-TA) Model (Biscoe, in press) and approach is grounded in research, including Implementation Science, and incorporates the work of Fixsen, et al., (2005, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015), Fullan (1992, 2001, 2006, 2008, 2010), and Block (2010). The model is also based on principles of effective TA identified by Sharpton (2000), the Southwest Education Development Lab (2008), and Trohanis (1982, 1983, 2001), which emphasize expert knowledge of the service providers, collaborative problem identification/assessment, and capacity building (Century, 1999).
Our team has extensive experience in providing data analysis and interpretation to help clients with identifying high-leverage problems; conducting root cause analysis; and developing and implementing logic models, organizational assessments, strategic plans, and process improvements.
EDUTAS team members have deep experience in classroom instruction, instructional and leadership coaching, and management for results. Our work draws deeply from Marzano (2001, 2009), Hattie (2012), Knight (2007, 2016, 2019), and numerous other researchers and practitioners. The EDUTAS team’s practice also has been influenced by the work of many organizations including:
