WHO WE ARE

Early Learning Quick Assessments (ELQA) were designed by early childhood professionals, educators, content experts, and data analysts. This collaboration developed a user-friendly assessment with the goal of enhancing teacher effectiveness, improving child outcomes, and closing achievement gaps.
