CONGO’s vision is to be the primary support and platform for a civil society represented by a global community of informed, empowered, and committed NGOs that fully participate with the UN in decision-making and programs leading to a better world, a world of economic and social justice. Its mission is to facilitate, through various means, the development of a dynamic and informed world-wide NGO community able to influence policies and actions at all levels of the United Nations.
AFFECTING CHANGE INTERNATIONAL (ACI)
Affecting Change International works to mobilize individuals and non-governmental organizations to improve the physical, emotional, and economic conditions of the underprivileged. In partnership, they assist developing communities through sustainable development and human needs programs around the world.
GTG SERVICES
GTG Services focuses on reduction of societal risks and inequities by applying smarter technologies and modern capacity building techniques toward mitigating unsustainable urbanization. GTG partners with small US communities to use Intelligent Operations Centers and Cognitive Apps to bring “big city services” to small municipalities, rural areas, and islands to create more stable communities, where local citizens can participate in-place and compete successfully in global markets.
HARRISBURG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The Harrisburg University of Science and Technology was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001, making it the first independent science and technology-focused, non-profit university to be established in Pennsylvania in more than 100 years. Harrisburg University was created to address the capital region’s need for increased educational opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers, and it represents a major step to attract, educate, and retain Pennsylvania’s diverse 21st century, knowledge-based workforce.

Debbra A.K. Johnson is a strategic resilience and sustainability adviser with a background in corporate sustainability consulting, product development, and global business and market strategy.
We currently project holding conferences in Education, Health, Sustainable Development, Climate - Disaster Resiliency, World Development Exchange.
Currently, PSI/ETI and partners have embarked on meetings and project work in specific areas of Education, Climate - Disaster Resiliency, Health, Disabilities, World Development Exchange, and Sustainable Development.
PSI / ETI–ICT4D-–SDG–UN Program
"Partnerships in Sustainable Development" PSI/ETI, in partnership with US partners and entities in developing countries, has initiated meetings to address the countries in special needs to assist design and initiate programs and best practices for supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" through Informational Communications Technologies for Development (ICT4D).
In this regard, PSI/ETI and partners also participate and sponsor meetings for presentations by partners in the related areas of the SDGs and organize/co-organize periodic conferences in the United Nations Headquarters, often co-hosted by a member-state. These events are globally webcast, also recorded, and placed in the UN Conference Archive for viewing and review 24/7 by developing countries, UN system organizations, donor agencies, NGOs, civil society organizations, academic institutions, and the private sector.
