Develop theoretical, academic, and industry informed curricula focused on the six key indicators of smart cities (economy, mobility, people, living, governance, and environmental).  

Develop “smart” data collections, analyses, and communication strategies.

Establish evaluation systems with expected outcomes, action plans, and performance measures.

Develop capacity building curriculum to provide professional learning opportunities to increase based on the Biscoe High Impact Technical (HI-TA) Assistance Model.
