Ronda Ita has been hired as the USPS Training and Development Contract Director

Before transitioning to higher education, she was an accomplished oil and gas management professional for 20 years. She has multiple implementation and program successes that she has facilitated and spearheaded under her positive leadership style. An Oklahoma native, she managed equipment and contractual personnel in various locations within the United States during her oil and gas career. Ronda brings an elevated level of collaborative leadership and motivation for excel.

A team-oriented leader with solid business experience in the areas of human resources, finance, procurement, and operations. She has worked extensively representing both sides of third-party contractual agreements with training, policy and procedure, equipment maintenance and procurement, personnel management, and all facets of operations. She has advanced her career with proven productivity and performance result-driven implementations.
