The Educational Training, Evaluation, Assessment, and Measurement Department in Outreach/College of Continuing Education on the University of Oklahoma campus began in 1999. Its founder and director, Belinda Biscoe, Ph.D., has guided this unit to provide research and evaluation services to clients within and outside of the University.

Over the past 47 years, the National Resource Center for Youth Services (NRCYS) has established a state and national reputation for offering high-quality, professional training, technical assistance, conferences, and publications. The Center has built relationships and connections nationwide with public and private youth services and child welfare providers.

The National Center for Disability Education and Training fosters a culture of diversity by encouraging and supporting organizations and businesses that recognize the value and talents persons with disabilities bring to the workplace and implement flexible and inclusive workplace practices. Disability is a natural part of being disabled, and businesses can benefit by taking steps to ensure people with disabilities are included in their workforce.

For over 30 years, the Southwest Prevention Center (SWPC) has delivered outcomes-driven training and technical assistance (T/TA) to support the behavioral health goals of regions, states, tribes, grantees, and communities. There are two divisions within the SWPC State and National Projects and Regional Projects.

Celebrating 65 years of service to and collaboration with American Indian, Alaska Native, and First Nations communities, Aii has a longstanding history of working with tribal leaders and communities, diverse groups, professionals, and students – Indigenous Peoples – in communities throughout Oklahoma and beyond.

Continuing education has come a long way since the early days of correspondence-type learning, and the vision and mission have grown in breadth and depth over these many years.

CECPD's Registry and Professional Development Systems are written into the Oklahoma State Licensing Law. The department provides education and job and career training to over 15,000 Oklahoma early care and education professionals.

Who we are: The Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies (SWCHRS) is a department within the University of Oklahoma Outreach / College of Continuing Education. Launched in 1961, SWCHRS is devoted to the study, understanding, and resolution of human conflict and to promoting understanding and cooperation among people of different racial, ethnic, religious, and economic backgrounds.
