Under the Technical Assistance, Consulting and Training (TACT) initiative, the SWCHRS has contracted with the University of Indiana to organize the regional Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access in Leadership (IDEAL) conference, emphasizing its dedication to  advancing human conflict and resolution issues. Additionally, SWCHRS has expanded its reach through new fee-for-service contracts facilitated by NCORE Connections on Demand, providing professional development for the NCAA Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee, and extending services to Portland State University School of Social Work Students.These contracts signify a commitment to providing targeted professional development in alignment with SWCHRS's mission.
