Leaning heavily on environmental scanning, research, and surveys, CE has worked extensively with curriculum designers and workforce professionals to create seven specifically targeted certificate programs that are online and self-paced (7 custom bundles). In line with our mission, to transform lives, these programs have been tailored to meet the every-changing demands of Oklahoma’s businesses, organizations, groups, and nonprofits in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship, graphic design, management, nonprofit management, nonprofit communications, and nonprofit board fundamentals.

 Each bundle of targeted courses is mobile-friendly, uses games and flashcards, video content and real-word case studies to illustrate key concepts. The interface was created with accessibility in mind and uses badge and credit-awarding systems so learners can track progress. Of course, we continue to offer certificates accredited by The University of Oklahoma Board of Regents.

Take for example our Certificate in Entrepreneurship. This bundle of courses reflects Oklahoma’s workforce needs. When people think entrepreneurially, amazing things happen. A study published by Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, ranks Oklahoma among the top states in the nation to start a new business, with nearly one in five working adults reporting that they own their own business.
